Counter Sales

The counter sales module in Pass stock systems is designed for smaller retailers and enables a barcode scanner to be used to scan items as they are sold from stock to keep a perpetual inventory.

Stock Checks

Although the Pass system keeps a perpetual inventory of all sales. It is inevitable that discrepancies will occur and physical stock checks are necessary. The use of a PDA and the pass system considerably lightens the burden of doing this.

VAT

A vat record is kept of each saleand a reportcan be printed at the end of each day, which savesthe end of day core of adding up the VAT. When combined with a touchscreenthen thoseitems that have no barcode on them can be selected from drop down menus

Shelf Labelling

Passlabel is used to produce shelf edge labels with barcodes. This enables both quick stock checks and prices to be displayed on the shelf edge rather than having to label each product.

Product labelling

Where there are barcodes on the product then there is no need to label it, but if it's preferred to have barcode labels on all products and some of them arrive without these labels then Pass label will enable you to quickly label these using a portable Bluetooth printer.
