Our Mobile Sales Solution is a highly flexible system that enables the smooth running of any mobile sales applications. Some
of the applications where our software have proved to be effective are:
Van Sales: Using a portable terminal to record van sales
saves a lot of paperwork and enables you to keep perpetual inventory and replenish the van automatically on return to base.
The system includes the automatic calculation of VAT and the production of sales invoices at the point of sale. On return to
base the automatic picking lists are produces to replenish the van with the stock that has been sold. This solution in
an invaluable product for any company who sells products on the move.
Exhibition Sales: At exhibitions there may be several salesmen
all of whom want access to the same PC to record a sale. The use of a portable terminal and barcodes make this job much simpler
as the sales can be recorded on a PDA and then transferred to the PC later on when it is free. In the meantime if an invoice
needs to be produced or a receipt printed the Portable Terminal will connect to a portable Bluetooth printer without having to
access the PC.
Mobile Stall Sales: Where there is no access to power, a portable terminal can be used to record sales and do
all the VAT calculations for subsequent uploading to the PC back at base.
Conference Sales: At some conferences the objective
is to sell a product or course to the delegates. It is often the case that when the conference finished and delegates are invited
to place orders or a log jam occurs because the available staff cannot get access to the PC and a queue forms. The use of a
portable terminal to solve this problem enables several salesmen at the conference to all take orders from prospective clients simultaneously.
