Test And Maintenance Solutions
Our Test and Maintenance Solution software is a versatile system that makes the process of issuing and recording test and maintenance
jobs easy with the use of barcodes. It can be adapted for a wide range of testing and maintaining applications from field engineers
to in house health and safety checks for example:
Mobile Engineers: For many field engineers the process starts with the issuing
of a daily itinerary, on completion of each job the fault/repair and completion details need to be recording.
Our solution will
enable the engineer to receive this schedule list and detail information such as the job location and work required. On arrival
at each job location the engineer can select the current job from the daily schedule then scan the serial number of the item to be
worked on. Following the repair or installation a lookup table on the hand held terminal offers a number of short code which
can be selected to detail the work carried out.
The software then transmits the data back to base either be connecting to a local
telephone socket or by GMS/GPRS mobile and as the data is transmitted to the server a schedule for the next batch of jobs is uploaded
simultaneously.
Or
Health and Safety Management: The system can be used to monitor health and safety checks or compliance.
For this process a list of safety checks are compiled onto the system and then periodically an automated schedule is run that
will detail the item to be checked and its location. When the safety check has been carried out it is recorded onto a small
portable terminal and this will eliminate all paperwork.

At the start of each day an automated schedule is printed showing what needs to be
done. The audit is done with a hand held terminal and if required a label can be printed on a portable Bluetooth scanner to
record the check. The results are later uploaded to the PC where reports on the check and information such as any problems can
then be generated.
